Interlibrary loan is a structural subdivision of Service Department. Its main goals are:

For readers of TSU Research Library
In case of the absence of documents from in the Scientific Library funds, Interlibrary Loan forms orders based on user's requests for obtaining these documents from other libraries and information institutions:
Readers can receive ordered documents only in reading rooms for the period, established for each particular document. Interlibrary loan services are free of charge.
For subscription Libraries
Providing library services for subscription libraries is performed after the conclusion of a contract on performance of library and information services. The form of the contract is sent at a subscriber's request.
For individual users
Interlibrary Loan performs producing and delivery of photocopies and digitalized copies of documents (articles, separate pages) from the Library funds. Orders for photocopying and electronic delivery of documents (EDD) should be sent in in free form and indicate the following information about the document: author, title, year and place of publication, number of pages. Orders may be:

Procedure and terms of order execution
Customer shall be informed on possibility of order execution, on its values and discussed form of copy.
Possibility or impossibility of making copies is defined by librarians of those divisions, where a document is located. Librarian also takes into account some copy restriction, physical condition of a document and other factors.
Order lead time is 3-5 working days. Order is performed after the transfer of funds to the library bank account.
