Room booking in the Research Library

Room booking for work and events in the TSU Research Library is open subject to the sanitary and hygienic requirements. Please note: due to the requirement of observing social distancing, it is not allowed to move the furniture. Also, it is necessary to leave the room 10 minutes before the end of your reservation time to allow for sanitization.

Rooms are available during library hours (except on cleaning days and holidays):

- 100 hours per month for TSU employees and students

- 60 hours per month for employees and students of the Big University of Tomsk

- 20 hours per month for residents and guests of the city

If you are 15 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled. The Listening Room for Edison Denisov’s Collection is reserved only for listening to gramophone records and working with the books and sheet music stored in this space.

	Big Conference Hall Old Building, 2^nd floor. 300 seats including 80 seats around an oval table, equipment for presentations, microphones, equipment for simultaneous interpretation, videoconferencing, recording of video/audio, equipment for conducting webinars.
	Small Conference Hall Old Building, 1^st floor 60 seats including 32 seats around a rectangular table, equipment for presentations, microphones, equipment for simultaneous interpretation, videoconferencing, recording of video/audio, equipment for conducting webinars.
	Pavilion Behind the Old Building of the Research Library. 100 seats, 140-inch LED screen, heating and air conditioning systems.
	Research Commons rooms New Building, 2^nd floor 4 individual study rooms for 1-2 persons, a computer. Room for group work with a capacity of 12. A computer, a plasma panel. Listening Room for Edison Denisov’s Collection with a capacity of 6. A record player, headphones. Room for presentations with a capacity of 30. An air conditioner. 	Group study room 8 New Building, 1^st floor. Group study room with a capacity of 10-15. A computer, a plasma panel, a web camera. The key to the room is checked out by the librarian of the Information Center 24/7. For more information, call: (+73822) 78-51-23.

	German Reading Room New Building, 3^rd floor. 10 seats around a rectangular table, a computer, a screen, an air conditioner, equipment for presentations and webinars. The room is booked and rented for international events: cultural and academic activities, watching films in foreign languages, conferences, seminars, webinars.
	English Reading Room New Building, 3^rd floor. 10 seats around a rectangular table, a computer, a screen, an air conditioner, equipment for presentations and webinars.
